Vitamin for eye

I would like to quote what Jack LaLanne say about food:
"If man makes it, I don't eat it! You need to make good health a hobby. Would you get your dog up in the morning and give him a cup of coffee, a cigarette, and a doughnut? Well, how about human beings? They get up in the morning with a cup of coffee and a doughnut and they wonder why they are sick and tired and fat. Just ten seconds on the lips and a lifetime on the hips!"

Hahahahahaha!!! But I can’t agree more. That basically what we prefer to provide for ourselves early in the morning. Yummy!!! And also the toxins we consume as we eat manifested in our body as diseases, including eyesight problems. If you have problems with eyesight (excluding physical trauma), you likely have other health issues and once you stop abusing your body it will recover.

Well, personally it is not a sin to consume such finger licking meal as some would find it helpful to boost along the day or at least up to afternoon but hold on, it would not be a sin also to try a more healthy meal. Beside, good meal leads to good health which leads to more happy life.
Now, let’s take a look kind of vitamin which considers being beneficial for our eyes. Scientific research shows that our eyes need vitamins, especially antioxidant vitamins A, C and E to be included in everyday diet.

Vitamin A
Vitamin A is a vitamin that is needed by the retina of the eye in the form of sepicific metabolite, the light-absorbing molecule retinal, that is necessary for both low-light and vision.
It also helps keep your eyes, skin and mucous membranes moist. Vitamin A deficiency is rare, but it can cause night blindness, eye inflammation, diarrhoea and other problems. But be sure not to overconsumption of vitamin A as it can cause nausea, irritability and blurred vision in its mild form.

Vitamin C
Vitamin C is an essential nutrient for humans and certain other animal species. In living organisms it acts as an antioxidant by protecting the body against oxidative stress. Vitamin C is essential for our body. Like vitamin E being an anti-oxidant reduces the risk of cataract and muscular degeneration.

Vitamin E
Vitamin E refers to a group of eight fat-soluble compounds that include both tocopherols and tocotrienols. This vitamin is a powerful antioxidant. Vitamin E deficiency causes neurological problems in the eyes and the whole body due to poor nerve conduction.

Lutein
Lutein is a xanthophylls and one of 600 known naturally occurring carotenoids. Lutein is synthesized only by plants and like other xanthophylls is found in high quantities in green leafy vegetables such as spinach and kale. Lutein is used by organisms as an antioxidant and for blue light absorption. Lutein was found to be concentrated in the macula, an oval-shaped pigmented yellow spot near the center of the retina responsible for central vision. Some ophthalmologists even state that lutein should be used as a supplement by everyone over the age of 50 regardless of the state of their vision.

But do remember that in order to consume the said vitamin, please refer to your doctor about the dosage that suitable for your body condition.
